Hannah HergenhanMy interest in real estate started at an early age. My father would drive me around my hometown of Rutland, Vermont and point out different architectural styles of homes, quizzing me until I’d learned them all. At fourteen, I assisted my parents in searching online for our next home. I enjoyed helping them find something that fit all of our needs; it was like completing a complex puzzle, and I loved finding how all the pieces of the process fit together to get to the end result.

I studied Political Science at Drew University in Madison, NJ and planned on going to law school. After graduation, I was briefly a paralegal before getting my real estate license. I quickly decided that I’d made the right choice in changing careers; I was completely enthralled with real estate. It’s so much more than just a career to me, it’s helping people find a place to call home and build a future.

Six years later, I love real estate just as much as when I first started. I’ve met many incredible clients and helped so many people to achieve their real estate goals.

Real estate isn’t just my full-time career, it’s my passion. My approach is very simple: my client’s needs are always at the forefront of everything I do. I am exceedingly accessible to my clients; I always return phone calls, text messages, and emails promptly to make sure all of your questions are answered in a timely fashion. When you’re making one of the largest financial transactions of your life, things can be stressful, and I aim to alleviate that stress as much as I possibly can. I’m here to streamline the process and make sure that everything goes smoothly, from contract to closing. I always advocate for my clients, working closely with all parties to ensure the best result possible.

Being a millennial, technology has always been something I’ve been very comfortable with and utilize frequently. For my clients’ convenience, all of the documents necessary for a transaction can be signed electronically, or in person depending on what you are comfortable with. For sellers, I offer aggressive internet and social media marketing that targets specific buyers looking to purchase your home. As technology becomes more and more prevalent in real estate, it is important to have an agent who is fluent in the constant changes and marketing opportunities. In combination with the tools that Weichert Realtors provides me with, I am able to offer my clients incredible services that most other realtors simply cannot compete with.
